Life saving fire alarm systems, that stay compliant, reliable and ready
We design, install and maintain conventional, addressable and wireless fire alarm systems for buildings of all sizes. Every system is designed around the building’s category and risk profile, with clear cause-and-effect documentation and fully certificated commissioning.
But installation is only the start.
We provide weekly fire alarm testing, ongoing monitoring and planned maintenance to help keep your system working as it should and your records up to date. Regular testing helps identify faults early, while ongoing monitoring provides added reassurance that problems can be acted on quickly.
Straightforward Compliance. No Unnecessary Costs.
With greater responsibilities placed on responsible persons, staying on top of fire safety systems, testing and records is increasingly important.
We keep things simple. No inflated prices, unnecessary work or endless chasing. Tests and maintenance are carried out when they’re due, reports are issued promptly, and where remedial work is needed, you’ll receive a clear quotation so you know exactly where you stand.
Existing System? No Problem.
Already have a fire alarm system in place? We can take over the maintenance and testing, assess its condition and recommend sensible improvements where required.
From upgrading ageing panels, detectors and sounders to providing weekly testing, system monitoring and ongoing maintenance, we can look after the complete system under one reliable service.
And when something can’t wait, our 24/7 emergency attendance service is available for urgent fire alarm faults.

Where we install this
Common questions
How often does a fire alarm system need maintenance?
BS 5839-1 recommends servicing at least every six months for most commercial and communal systems. Weekly user tests and periodic checks are also required, and we’ll set out a schedule that keeps you compliant.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We carry out a takeover inspection, document the system, flag any defects and then maintain it on a regular contract.
We’re getting too many false alarms, can you help?
Yes. We investigate causes, re-site or upgrade detection, adjust cause-and-effect and implement a false-alarm management plan to bring activations down.
What does the Building Safety Act mean for my building?
For higher-risk and multi-occupancy buildings it raises the bar on evidence, competence and record-keeping for fire safety systems. We provide the certification, reports and remedial tracking that support your duties.
Do you provide out-of-hours cover?
Yes, 24/7 emergency attendance for fire alarm faults, with priority response for maintenance-contract clients.
