Reaching the equipment others can’t
A lot of security and life-safety equipment sits well above ladder height: column-mounted cameras, high-level sounders and beacons, street and car-park lighting, and gutter-line containment. We run our own access platform and IPAF-trained operators so this work is done safely and without hiring in third parties.
Street and amenity lighting is a regular part of what we do. We repair failed street lights, replace lanterns, lamps, photocells and control gear, trace and fix supply, isolator and cabling faults, and repair, straighten or replace lighting columns. For estates, developments and commercial sites we also run planned lighting inspection, testing and night scouting so faults are found before residents report them.
We provide platform and operator for our own installations and maintenance, and as a standalone service to other contractors who need safe high-level access with a competent operator. Every job is planned with the right method statement, exclusion zone and, where needed, traffic management for roadside work.
