Cameras that actually give you usable footage
A camera is only worth having if it produces clear, admissible footage when something happens. We survey the site, design coverage around real risk points and specify cameras that perform in the lighting conditions they’ll actually face, not just on paper.
Systems are set up for remote viewing on your phone, tablet or PC, with recording retained to suit your data-protection obligations. We install for landlords, managing agents, housebuilders and businesses, and we can upgrade or take over an existing system.
Every install includes clear handover, signage guidance for GDPR compliance, and the option of a maintenance contract to keep the system healthy.

Where we install this
Common questions
Can I view the cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we install is set up for secure remote viewing on iOS, Android, tablet and desktop, with multiple user logins where you need them.
Do I need planning permission or signage?
Most domestic and commercial CCTV does not need planning permission, but you must display signage where cameras are in operation. We advise on placement and wording so you meet ICO / UK GDPR expectations.
Can you upgrade my existing cameras?
Usually, yes. We can often reuse existing cabling and add modern cameras and recorders. We’ll tell you honestly at survey stage what’s worth keeping.
What’s the difference between recorded and monitored CCTV?
Recorded CCTV stores footage for you to review after an event. Monitored CCTV adds a remote alarm-receiving centre that can watch live on activation and escalate to keyholders or police.
How long is footage kept?
Retention is set to your requirements and storage, commonly 30 days. We size the recorder so you get the retention you need without over-collecting data.
