Lawful bases
We process personal data on the basis of consent when you submit an enquiry, performance of a contract when we carry out work for you, and our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business and keeping proper records. Where analytics or non-essential cookies are used, we rely on your consent.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example website hosting, email and IT providers, and with accreditation bodies, insurers or regulators where required. If you accept analytics cookies, data about your use of this website is processed by Google (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) as described in the Cookies section below. All such parties are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Information collected may be transferred to and stored by Google, including on servers outside the UK, under Google’s data protection safeguards. You can find out more at policies.google.com/privacy.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
CCTV and site data
Where we install or maintain CCTV and access control systems for clients, the client is normally the data controller for footage and access records from those systems. Our own use of such data is limited to commissioning, maintenance and support tasks carried out on the client’s instruction.
